Aaryn Doyle, Past, Present, and into the Future…
From childhood to adulthood: in the blink of an eye. Can you believe it’s been 12 years of fun and frolic, since being debuted in the entertainment industry the fall of 1999, and what a fun ride it has been for Doyle with an impressive body of work that includes various network productions like: Disney's Camp Rock, Show Time's Sins of the father, Nikelodeon's Miss Spider , and Discovery Channel's The Save-Ums to list a few.

For Aaryn Doyle, it all began at age six after a win at MSA (US)... With an acting and modelling agent signed this commercially viable face soon became the look of Payless Shoes. After an exhausting search in the summer of 1999, Payless Shoes had found their international kid face… And as the campaign rolled out across continents, so did young Miss Doyle on larger than life posters and in TV commercials. Then before you knew it she was working for other major clients such as, Fed Ex, Toys R Us, Burger King (with the Backstreet Boys), Best Buy, Becel, and the list goes on. Doyle had caught the media’s attention and she was in demand. Then of course, there’s also a long list of her radio, television and film credits to be considered; along with an endless list of live music performances nationally and internationally. Therefore it's no surprise that this talented actor, voice actor, model, singer & songwriter,has assembled such a diverse body of work in her young career. As fans, we wanted to take a retrospective look at this 18 year old performer, to reveal in a photo journal the many beautiful faces of Aaryn Doyle.

It's no secret that Doyle believes, it’s paramount to be current... And as an artist, honing your craft through education is the key. That's why according to media sources, modelesque Canadian beauty Aaryn Doyle has enjoyed every experience that has been offered to her through out her young career. So no matter what the future holds, she openly accepts any and every challenge thrown her way. Because it can only mean personal growth and strength of character for this young performer. So as Aaryn continues to work hard with commitment, determination and drive, to perform at the peak of her abilities, she must feel blessed.

AARYN DOYLE NOW…
Most recently we requested some recent photos of Aaryn Doyle for the blog site (from our contacts). That request has furnished us with a couple of stunning pictures that we can only describe as mature, edgy, and compellingly beautiful.

Our first introduction to Miss Doyle was at 5’8” and 14.5 years old as Lola Scott in Disney’s original movie Camp Rock. And now almost three years later she is 5’ 9.5” and 17 years old. She has finished high school, gotten a drivers license and is embarking on a new life path. One that those in the media, and we on the net have very little information about; however it is still to be noted that those rumors about a solo career for Miss Doyle are still strong.

So we continue to keep a vigilant ear to the information networks for any pertinent news on this and any other breaking news about Aaryn Doyle. But for now enjoy the pictures and be patient.

While cruising the net fans came across an unplugged video by Aaryn Doyle aka Lola Scott, covering Rehab and what a real treat. Doyle puts a bluesy twist to Amy Winehouse's contemporary jazz version of Rehab. The feeling she gives it is soulful and heartfelt with vocals that are smooth yet bold... But as always with that very distinctive Aaryn Doyle sound and style. Would love to have been there when she was doing this performance live, but we're glad there was someone to video document it. Rumors have been circulating on the net for a while now and on fan sites about you having a solo record contract… And that you’ll be recording and releasing your first single, with a possible album in 2010, and possibly that you'll even be touring. This all sounds fantastic. It is exactly what your fans expected of you ever since your "Camp Rock" performance, with that signature sound of yours that can be heard filtered throughout the Disney "Camp Rock" CD. But what else can we look forward to? Wait don’t tell us... Surprise us. Because what ever you do, we know it will be awesome… And we’ll be right there with you, tuned in to every sight and every sound. Good Luck! Not that you'll need it with all that talent going for you. It seemed like only yesterday... But we remember when you were just 6yrs old as the 'Payless Shoe Girl' and then 8yrs old as the 'Fed Ex Girl', and then there you were 14 yrs old in the blink of an eye and starring in “Camp Rock” as Lola, soloing to "What It Takes". You're loved in The Save Ums as Foo and in Miss Spider as Pansy. Your voice is your signature. Keep up the good work. Our Aaryn Fan Patrol has informed us that Aaryn Doyle aka Lola from Camp Rock performed to rave reviews at a private function in Toronto on December 5th at the historic Egnlinton Grand on Eglinton Avenue West. Miss Doyle was taking time out of her busy project burdened school schedule to do this gig for a very lucky young lady by the name of Skylar, and what a celebration that must have been. After the performance Aaryn spent some time with her fans talking, signing autographs, and doing photo ops before being whisked away by her security detail and management team. Sources in attendance at the private event informed us that Aaryn was accompanied by record label executives.

Two days ago pictures of Ms Doyle arrived in our e-mail from a fan claiming they printed them from one of Aaryn's sites. But since there are so many fraudulent Aaryn Doyle sites we had to look closely at the pictures and try to authenticate their origin before publishing our post. We managed to authenticate the photos as being those of Aaryn Doyle but could not authenticate the photographer or photographers in question. In the pictures we can see that Aaryn is wearing hardly any make-up but is still stunning. She is photographed with long flowing tresses cascading over her shoulders and the look is fabulous on her. But needles to say we weren't sure if we were actually looking at Miss Doyle at first inspection, or a celebrity look alike. So we did the next best thing and assembled pictures from our own Aaryn Doyle picture archive, and we also tracked down the site from where the pictures originally came which furthered the authentication process. Low and behold we successfully confirmed our data and are publishing these 2009 pictures of the ever changing and gorgeous Miss Aaryn Doyle.
Now we ask you to be the fashion judge and tell us which look you prefer. In our opinion Aaryn is stunning no matter which look she sports & even though the new loose body curls have her looking different indeed, it's entirely your call...

Aaryn Doyle Spotted at Barbie's 50th Anniversary Gala in March 2009...

Wow! March 2009, Aaryn Doyle is spotted at the Barbie 50th Anniversary Fashion Show and was looking most definitely Barbie-licious. She is unmistakably the vision of a living Barbie doll with her 5’10” size 3 fit and curvy physique. Aaryn stood out amongst all the gala’s invitees with her exotically gorgeous face, long elegant arms, and never ending pair of shapely Barbie legs. By all accounts that night, the runway was missing a feature model as Miss Doyle confidently and effortlessly glided about the venue in a stunning black and white X’s clothing, Audrey Hepburn style dress tastefully accessorized with a bold black patent Guess purse and rounded toe pumps. Yes, Aaryn was stunning as always. Then days later she was jet setting to the Big Apple. What a life! Camp Rock's Aaryn Doyle has also been spotted with gal pals Melinda Shankar, Samantha Munro & Charlotte Arnold of the hit teen series Degrassi Next Generation in the T-dot. Whether hitting the popular Eaton Centre, or other hot shopping spots for some much needed retail therapy. These girls are always wearing the latest trends and the biggest smiles. Wishing we were able to hang with the pack for a random shopping spree or as a gal pal. But, it is believed that these young actors like to keep a low profile, so if you do catch them brunching or munching at the odd local dining establishment in TO while hanging out together in and around the city remember to be polite and courteous. Melinda Shankar & Aaryn Doyle Aaryn Doyle, Melinda Shankar, Sam Munro & Charlotte Arnold Our sources have also revealed to us that Ms Doyle’s been keeping very busy with grade 12 as a senior. With exams just over the horizon and this term nearing an end, it comes as no surprise. But that’s not her only focus as she’s been burning up studio microphones in a Toronto based studio, laying vocal tracks for some of her hot new original songs that we hear are getting some much earned interest from music industry executives and others.
There are also whispers in the wind of a couple of projects in the works for Ms Doyle, but they’re being kept under wraps and very close to the vest. As to exactly what they are and with who or whom, your guess is as good as ours. However with Aaryn’s undeniable musical talent, we are going to speculate that it’s music related, and we wouldn’t be surprised if her original music was to be a major focus of these undisclosed possible projects. But then again according to other sources, it's even more pertinent for our 16-year-old starlet that her focus remains sharp, on finishing high school by the end of 2009 beginning 2010, and what an accomplishment that would be. Sixteen, and in Grade 12… What an accomplishment, and well worth some recognition. Many fans and parents of fans have considered Aaryn to be a role model because of her accomplishments and we agree. Yes, we also recognize her ability to accomplish so much in her pressure filled life of being an actor and a student attending a regular high school and that it is well worth being acknowledged. We also recognize that the pressures from both teachers and peers must be tremendous, but Aaryn seems to take it all in stride. Just imagine the commitment it must take to keep up with the work load, combined with the stresses associated with days absent and the responsibility to produce, in order to pursue ones crafts and an education while staying on top of everything while continuing to thrive while achieving success and then throwing into the mix Aaryn's quest to become a published singer/song writer… How does she do it? Her achievements are definitely commendable. Ms Doyle’s commitment to her career and crafts is truly remarkable.
Since turning 16 earlier this year, it's anticipated that many things are to unfold for this teen celebrity in 2009, so we’re all keeping our eyes and ears to the net, and other medias awaiting breaking news.

Keeping Up with 15 Year Old Aaryn Doyle On the Scene...

Fifteen year-old Aaryn Doyle star of Disney’s hit movie musical “Camp Rock” performs solo at exclusive private live concert for pal and clothier heiress, Gabi Liberman, for her “Super Sweet 13 - Batmitsfa” thrown at the Factory in Toronto on Saturday December 13th, by parents John and Beryl, and a notoriously glamorous affair it was. Everything about the evening was top notch. From the open bar and the exquisitely catered menu, to the beautiful and talented guest celebrity entertainer flanked by her burly security guards in attendance, with all guests dressed to impress. Yes indeed, everything and everyone was elegantly turned out and attired in ensembles of black… The scene was truly Hollywood North, and the night was pure magic with the perfect dazzling of Disney starlet magic to top off the evening. According to the young guests/fans they had not a clue that they would be having a live performance at the party… But to have Lola Scott/Aaryn Doyle, from Camp Rock perform live… “How amazingly awesome… Oh my God! You are our absolute favourite says, her young fans and party attendees, and we love your song What It Takes and you have like the most amazing voice.” According to Aaryn Doyle, “Camp Rock and all it’s fans is a humbling experience and I still pinch myself. But the best part about performing at the Factory was performing my own original songs live for the first time, to an audience of my peers and that they loved them. Wow! It was incredible. What a Rush! The fans are what make doing what I do worth it… They are great. And then the other perk was doing it for Gabi, as her birthday surprise… She is so super sweet and her family is pretty awesome. Also a special shout out and props to DJ Justin & Magen Boys crew for doing such a great job.”
Fan frenzy while Aaryn performed on stage was enthusiastic and robust… The reactions to her songs were overwhelming. “Reflection” and “Weekend” were the clear favourites. After the performance fans were asking for copies of the songs, as Aaryn signed autographs on everything from promotional pictures to boxers, cell phones and even digital cameras. Then there was the photo-op with the young star and her fans before she had to be whisked away to yet another commitment where she appeared with a TO band in Yorkville at the Four Seasons Hotel, where fans requested more pictures before her busy night could end… And that’s a wrap for December 2008. Aaryn at L’Oreal Fashion Week 2008 in TO…
L’Oreal fashion week 2008, kicked off in Toronto in style, to bright lights, cameras, and action as stylistas and celebrities stalk the red carpets and models walk the runway. With a spectacular main tent at Nathan Philips Square in the heart of down town Toronto all eyes were on the fashion event of the year. From start to finish Toronto’s fashion week was a spectacular success. Featuring many of Canada's Top Designers and Design Houses as well as up and coming Canadian design talents from the industry and entertainters like Aaryn Doyle lending their talents to specific fashion week shows and events.Aaryn Doyle closed out the Diesel Kids spring show on the third day of fashion week with an energetic performance of Start the Party from the Disney movie Camp Rock in which she starred as Lola Scott, which was studio mixed with Don’t Stop, one of her original songs. The performance and the fashion show, was well received by the audience. The show opened with flight attendants, then followed through with children’s spring fashions and vacation cruise wear. The outfits were colourful and fresh, and they were accessorized with Hawaiian leis, travel cases, and knapsacks, co-ordinating with foot-wear from rubbers to sandals as our young models strutted their stuff in everything from leisure to beach wear. Then to wrap-up the show Aaryn Doyle started the party, with her up beat Camp Rock performance and the Diesel models all joined her on the runway for a final walk.
Aaryn was dressed in black Diesel Tuxedo short jumper with a printed white Diesel T-top below. The outfit was accessorized with black leggings and a trendy pair of knee-high black suede slouch boots, a black wrap beaded onyx bracelette, silver rings, a chunky onyx fashion ring, sterling heart choker, large black woven hoop ear-rings and a diamond solitaire ear stud, while confidently sporting a stylish faux-hawk, that gave this urban artist a soft rock edge. The look was retro sheik and Aaryn pulled it off beautifully. Preping for show time... Doing a quick ET Canada Interview... Next stop for Aaryn, L’Oreal Fashion Week, LG Fashion Fusion Finale show which closed out fashion week with a bang. But this time she attended as VIP and stylista on the red carpet rather than being the performer working the runway. Aaryn and all guests in attendance had the pleasure of taking in Maroon 5 live in concert as well as viewing a series of randomly staged incredibly fabulous fashion shows throughout the evening. What a way to cap off Toronto fashion week 2008. During fashion week the media, paparazis and fans caught up with Aaryn Doyle at the HSM3 Red Carpet Promier in Toronto where she signed autographs, greeted fans, interviewed with the press while hanging with friends from the casts of Degrassi and the Latest Buzz. Then it was back to her other life as teenager, student, and musician…

Aaryn Doyle answers fans about leaving TBS...

Wow! Aaryn Doyle it seems that fans are interested in every move you make. Like whether or not you are with a new band and why you left TBS. Also most recently it has been brought to my attention, through many sources, such as this weblog site and other sites like your Myspace fan sites etc, that you're now singing with other bands and performing solo. Yes Ruby this is the case... I have indeed left TBS and upon resigning from the band over a month ago, I requested that all my data, interviews, and pictures, be removed from the site, to avoid the confusion, but to date that has not happened. However I still wish the band members the best of success in future endeavours, and I pray for them and Bill a very dear friend (a member of the band who passed recently). He was my mentor and he was like a grandfather to me. So what you are telling me is that you resigned from The Bluesual Suspects: the band that you have been performing with as lead female vocalist for the past almost three years since the age of 13. Could you explain your decision for your inquiring fans? Yes... What I am telling you is that I have left the band and it was a difficult choice; but it was, for reasons that I feel were very important to me. It came as a surprise to many of the band members but it was time. Would you like to elaborate and clear the air as to why you left the band? Well let’s just say a big part of my leaving the band was I have grade 11 and 12 to complete, and school is a huge focus for me this year. I was also thinking I would like to work on my original music, something the band could not help me pursue. Also there is an issue of not being able to work until 1:OOam in the morning at gigs during the school week as I am a minor with a curfew and I’m not willing to compromise my education or myself. However, music is my passion, so I have joined another band that is capable of making the necessary concessions in order to accommodate my needs... Therefore I will be able to continue performing part-time... Also the new band members are extremely accomplished musicians, with a vast music repertoire that is more current which will challenge me as an artist while allowing me to grow as a performer. But like I said the next year and a half is about finishing up high-school... I am only 15 and I need to focus on school. Final question before we rap. How are your new songs coming? Well they are coming nicely and I am spending time in the studio working on developing my signature sound and perfecting my tracks. And it’s all good.

VIP Guests John Tory ON PC Party Leader & Aaryn When invited to the Me to We concert as a VIP guest Aaryn Doyle was naturally excited to attend because she knew of the organization’s global commitment to change from a grassroots hands on charitable stand point... Plus Doyle would get the day off school, and she was also aware that other students from her school would be in attendance at the event. But it went deeper than that. There was at least 6 degrees of separation that could not be denied. Doyle, had been acquainted with Me to We, recording artist Louise Kent and her producer Trust, so seeing the finish product and attending the concert was a welcomed privilege. However to be amongst fifteen thousand people strong with the same purpose, the same mindset, and the unifying drive to accomplish change starting with oneself as an accountable individual… “What a rush” says Doyle.

It was moving."

In attendance were people from all walks of life trying to make a difference. Some travelled across borders to be a part of this culturally defining event. That day (October 17th), each and everyone walked away a stronger piece of the puzzle being assembled. Our youths through corporate sponsors, educational organizations and some coming on their own, joined together with their mentors…. But they all gathered together because of the Me to We vision. With a totally selfless goal of trying to heal poverty through giving back and becoming proactive by doing and giving of oneself to those in need. The spirit of the Me to We organization is astoundingly effective, and its charitable deeds are overwhelmingly invigorating, if you partake. Young or old rich or poor you are a part of the solution. If you open your eyes and your heart the possibilities are endless. All it takes is the giving of your-self to cause change and positive growth. The truth is, it begins with Me and extends to We.

Aaryn explained how when she spoke to other youths she could feel a connection to them. Even when she spoke to some of the adults attending, she still feelt the same kind of unifying connection. It was then that she realized that everyone there was willing to role up their sleeves and become more involved even if they were already heavily invested or personally involved. As teens Marc & Craig Kielburger found their “Me to We” moment, and are now effectively making others accountable and responsible for achieving their own personal Me to We connection. An achivement that Aaryn thought was quite remarkable, especially when most people are busy trying to acquire stuff.
Me to We VIP Families & Friends... Ready to Give Back
Yes, the Me to We movement that Aaryn speaks of is a growing reality that defies borders and class distinction. Yet, it is simply founded on selfless-humanitarian gestures of giving back and in turn making a difference. Then teaching others to do the same through mentoring, so that tomorrow there may be many more Me to We experiences. In the unanimous opinions of Aaryn Doyle and the many other Me to We attendees, the Kielburgers are great humanitarians and role models for the Me to We generation. So why not give the Me to We experience a try? Get involved and give back. Lead singer, actor, and model equals triple threat, and this term accurately sums up 15-year old Aaryn Doyle’s performance skills. Yet, to see her perform live as a vocalist is a phenomenal experience that will be described by some of her Corporate clients in this article as amazing and unforgettable. According to Chris Carveth of CGI who had the opportunity to see this young veteran performer do her thing live at a club in Burlington, before being convinced to book Aaryn Doyle and her band TBS… Chris Carveth summed things up succinctly by saying, "Wow! Aaryn Doyle, she is jaw dropping amazing.” In our interview, Carveth expressed that he was pleased with the bands repertoire and range but was most impressed with their female lead vocalist saying, “When you see Aaryn Doyle perform she blows your mind. She is a stunning singer that captivates you and then to realize that she is only 15 it just blows your mind, because she is jaw dropping amazing. I know everybody attending our event will be blown away by her talent and there will definitely be a buzz about Aaryn's age when they find out that she's only 15, but we wont be putting it out there. Aaryn is an amazing singer and I hope that she's not too famous to perform at our event because when she performs, she blows people away.”

Well the accolades for Aaryn Doyle continued with our next interview from a recent corporate client. Aaryn most recently performed for with TBS at the RIM’S Convention Gala in Toronto at the Sheraton Centre to a crowd of over 1200 in attendance and the buzz was that Aaryn was, phenomenal, amazing & outstanding, in the words of Event Management Rep. Julie Zerbeski (of My Travel, from the east coast). Zerbeski also outlined in our interview that Aaryn was the deciding factor for having hired the band back in February, and that she caries her-self far more maturely than her 15 years. “We thought she was older”, said Zerbeski then found out differently, but she is a very mature young lady. Also interviewed was Marlea Whitley of My Travel, who was closely involved in the hiring of TBS for the RIM’S Convention Gala in Toronto, and she too confirmed and stated her total satisfaction with Aaryn's performance as being amazing and wonderful; sentiments she outlined that were expressed and echoed by all, with an overall theme of utter satisfaction. After hearing them play for the first time, we were convinced this was the band for the conference and frankly, chose not to pursue any of the other options we had planned.

She is absolutely amazing, awesome vocals, very well poised, & a delight to speak to -- you would never guess her to be 15yrs old were you to have a conversation with her. How awesome is it to have the opportunity to front a 12-piece band, since the age of 9 and then to become the lead singer of that band at the age of 13. Wow! It sounds almost unbelievable but this is Aaryn Doyle’s reality and this is her life. So is it any wonder that when this 15-year old stands on stage to perform she can fully command a stage. Experience goes far, but natural talent and that 'it' factor is something that is hard to come by, hard to bottle, and hard to describe… We believe that Aaryn Doyle has 'IT'.

If it was the first time, you were seeing 13-year old Aaryn Doyle on stage in front of a 12-piece band, you too like everybody else would be totally mesmerized by her talent, grace and abilities and you'd never forget… And some how you'd find it hard to wrap your mind around the fact that she’s really only 13. So to make things seem more real and manageable, you'd age her in your mind so you'd be able to cope with what you see… Say, make her 18 or 20 even… Don’t feel bad… Many have done it… Dress her up, do the make-up, and hair, put her on stage, and voila, it’s magic… So aging Aaryn makes things less surreal to the psyche, as we rationalize the situation, wanting things to appear as normal as it should be, because most 13-year old don’t look like Aaryn Doyle. But back then even at 5’8 inches tall and striking a beautiful model like physique and the maturity of a young lady far beyond her years with the stage presence of a veteran performer Aaryn Doyle is anything but the norm, and this was exactly how Margaret Beardwood, felt when she first saw Aaryn Doyle perform as the female lead singer for TBS. “Wow! What a surprising talent. She does not look her age, and she performs way beyond her years.” Says Beardwood, I have heard the band before Aaryn, and with Aaryn, but she brings something special to the band. TBS has a good repertoire so we hired them for our Canadian Gemological Association Corporate function. Aaryn Doyle is really quite an amazing young talent Beardwood points out... She will do amazing things, and she is still so young.

Many have inquired about having Aaryn/Lola perform for various functions,and what would it cost to book her & her band for either private functions, or corporate functions. Well the best thing to do is to leave an inquiry at this site, so that we can forward the info to Aaryn’s contact. Since the completion of the interviews, it has also been brought to our attention that as of recently Aaryn is no longer with the Bluesual Suspects. Yes it is confirmed she has left the band. However she is rumoured to be with another younger band. We had a chance to catch up with Aaryn recently to ask her what her favourite clothing lines were, and she replied almost instantaneously. Wow! I love clothes. The only downside is that they are so expensive and I don't have a limitless clothing allowance. I love Diesel, Guess, X’s Clothing, Hang Ten and so much more. But, hey I’d love to be wearing Christian Dior and Gucci as well, but right now those lines are a bit out of my budget. But thanks for asking... I’m really glad that people like what I wear and that they care enough to notice.
Aaryn, what about shoes or accessories, and what are your favourite styles or designers? As for shoes it’s mostly Steve Madden for me… And I love to wear both flats and heels. But there are other shoe designers that I love as well, says Aaryn with a hearty chuckle and I even love my sporty kicks. As for accessories like jewellery I have allergies so I tend to stick to silver or gold. For bold fun chunky jewellery, I opt for acrylic, resin, & plastic retro pieces, which are really great alternatives; because they are colourful, fabulous, fun items that are great for every day wear. Hey, I'm just a girl who loves to dress up given the chance to do so, but there are times I love nothing more than to be 'o'-casual, says Aaryn. WHAT'S NEXT FOR THIS BUSY TEEN AS THE BUZZ CONTINUES TO SPREAD? With yet another feature interview at prime time on E Talk Aaryn’s profile keeps escalating. So if the Networks believe that Aaryn Doyle AKA Lola Scott has “what it takes” then it must be so. However with notoriety comes identity fraud on the net as kids/individuals set up Myspace sites etc, claiming to be Ms. Doyle and other notable stars. A reality, that is of concern to Doyle, as she does not want her fans to be fraudulently communicated to nor does she want to be misrepresented on the web. Yet, it is said that imitation is the greatest form of flattery. Even though Ms Doyle at times feels flattered with all the duplications of her; as well as her Camp Rock, Lola song “What It Takes”, which has received well over a million hits on the net there is still a concern. But even with all the attention from fans who are well wishers and fans pretending to be her, Doyle still has to keep focused on the task at hand as she continues the audition process, while spending time in the studio working on her original songs and meeting her obligations with media interviews as well as her solid booking schedule with her band. So with all of the these developments and a full work and social schedule being juggled; we decided to get in touch with the one and only Aaryn Elan Doyle/ Lola Scott of Disney’s Camp Rock to find out what she was up to and how she's been holding up. When we recently, got in touch with Aaryn she was in good spirits, even with all of the activity happening in her life and on the net. During our conversation, we requested and were given a sneak preview of some of Aaryn's original songs, being worked on in a Hamilton Studio with accomplished musician and Producer Uncle Mike (as she calls him) in her youthful upbeat energetic voice. She also says she has a wicked guitar player by the name of Brian, a boss bass player named Dino, a dynamite drummer called Dan with the sickest beats, her Aunt Vivienne an accomplished soulful vocalist on background vocals, and Aaryn is excited to be working with these talented veteran artists.

When we asked if we could listen to some of Aaryn's original works; what we got to hear were samplings of a few of her vocal guide tracks (a work in progress). But WOW! Look out Canada… You aint heard nothing yet. Fifteen year-old Aaryn has something spectacular in store for you; and we can’t wait to hear more. After just a taste and a tease of her new songs to wet our whistle… We were hooked. Now we’re awaiting Aaryn’s first release with eager anticipation. What an awesome vocal and writing talent tied up in someone so young. Some of these songs were written at age 13 by Aaryn, but are still so timely and current. Trust me YOU will definitely like what you'll hear when her songs are released. Fusion reggae/hip-hop dance tunes and a wicked Soul/R&B ballad that is so sweet you will find yourself chair dancing to it. My bet is, you will not think a teen could have written these songs... All we can say is WOW! As soon as we have a copy of Aaryn’s song or songs, we will share a preview of it with the world and her fans because it will be a real treat. In a word: "spectacular". Yes, we knew she was talented but we had no idea how talented until we heard her songs. We were Aaryn fans before, but after hearing some of her original body of musical works, we are even bigger fans with huge respect for her larger than life talent at such a tender age. What a “VOICE”!
This young lady truly has a gift from GOD that should not go unheard. But hey don’t take our word for it, as it is just a matter of time before Aaryn publicly releases at least one of her songs as a single. But trust that we will not say: “We told you so” about how good the songs are or how amazing Aaryn is. We will just delight in the fact that we got to tell the world first. Yes, the magnificent Aaryn Doyle does have "what it takes", and she will be coming to a CD near you in the not so distant future and yes, she will be singing her own original songs for your listening pleasure... Youths and adults rocked out with the new Disney Original Movie, Camp Rock on June 20th, 21st, & 22nd. And it struck a chord of unifying consent that said Camp Rock rules and Camp Rock music hits the spot. Teens, tweens and kids alike can’t get enough of Disney’s “CAMP ROCK”. The majority consensus is that Camp Rock “ROCKS” and since the movie Aaryn Doyle’s solo song “What It Takes” seems to be going viral on YouTube. As evidence we’ve seen clones of the song popping up like radical cells out of control. It seems young fans can’t get enough of young singer Aaryn Doyle/Lola and her catchy hip-hop song, What It Takes. With hits in the multiples of hundred thousands on YouTube and the numbers keep rising by the seconds, WHAT IT TAKES, is being propelled into popularity and fuelled by a youth driven fan base that is internet savvy. They can decide a song’s popularity within days with mere keystrokes as they are connected across the globe by the worldwide web.
Camp Rock opened over the weekend on June 20th, to the second highest Nielsen Ratings ever for an original movie. Second only, to HSM 2, pulling in over 8.9 million viewers on the Disney Channel the first night it premiered, with a relatively unknown cast of newcomers. As the drawing card it starred Joe Jonas in the lead as teen love interest and his brothers Nick and Kevin of the rock star (platinum selling) teen boy band the Jonas Brothers in the co-star chairs. Then to give this new teen musical movie lots of momentum Disney had been putting forth a pretty brisk multi-media platform marketing/advertising and publicity blitz to promote their newest stars the Jonas Brothers and Joe's leading lady, new comer Demi Lovato who stars in Camp Rock with the Jonas Brothers, and it looks as though the investment paid off. Yes it is evident that Disney has a new fan favorite for the Disney vault... Can you say "CHA CHING", because that is the sound of Camp Rock's success. According to the most recent Nielsen Ratings numbers, Camp Rock pulled in viewers of 8.86 millions on June 20th (Disney Channel), 3.47 millions on June 21st (ABC), and 3.73 millions on June 22nd (ABC Family) for a grand weekend viewer-ship total of just over 16 million viewers. You can even count me among the viewing public on the Canadian side of the border, which I don't think is included in this Nielsen tally. And by the way… You can also count me among the Camp Rock fan base. Indeed, it was, “Not bad! It was good... But the music was better.” The strength of “Camp Rock” the movie if you ask me, lies within the movies catchy songs; with their memorable beats and well formulated hooks that bait the listener into remembering them. And why not, it is after all a musical. But this time Disney went outside of its wheelhouse by introducing hip-hop music to its young audience. For fans of hip-hop it was a quick sell and it was immediately welcomed; while for fans of pop rock, it took a couple of, or at most a few times listening to this alternate music style, "a la Disney" before they were hooked. This is evident on YouTube as you view the download numbers which translate to success and the accompanying comments of interest for both “Hasta La Vista”, and “What It Takes”, sung by Aaryn Doyle with their viewings each tallying at well over four hundred-thousand hits (& climbing); as well as the glut of positive comments posted. Wow! What a compliment to these young Artists/Talents and Disney for showcasing them in such a prolific and positive media format. We contacted someone close to Aaryn Doyle/Lola Scott (as she was not available to comment us directly), to find out if there has been any increase in her notoriety. The response was, “YES! Now she has many interview requests, and media interviews to do, but while she is out and about, random people/fans are now requesting her autograph and to have their pictures taken with her (when they realize who she is). Also her personal My Space has become flooded with fan/friend requests... CRAZY stuff for this down to earth teen.” So, yes, things have definitely changed in the way of recognize ability factor for Aaryn/Lola as she gains notoriety, and yet with all that is happening (according to our source), she still continues to be sweet and remains humble.

The entire cast of Camp Rock was Red Carpet ready in New York City on the eve of June 11th, 2008 for the Camp Rock Red Carpet World Premier at the historic Ziegfeld Theatre on 54th Street in Manhattan. The swarms of media and the overwhelming swell of fans had been lined up to view their favourite Camp Rock stars since early morning. The turnout was tremendous as thousands of fans situated themselves in front of the Ziegfeld to see Disney’s muchly anticipated Camp Rock cast, walk their white Camp Rock Red Carpet for the first time. So if the positive feed back from the delighted fans, who skirted the Carpet was any indication of fan support for the TV premier on June 20th, 2008; our young Camp Rock cast may become Disney’s newest stars. This young cast, were poised, gracious, and personable to fans and media alike. It is no wonder Disney will have a runaway success the likes of High School Musical on their hands. That’s why watching the cast of Camp Rock work the Red Carpet was a thing of beauty. In keeping with Disney’s tradition of creating winners, Camp Rock looks as though it is going to be a runaway success from our preliminary polls taken here in Manhattan by the Red Carpet. According to many Camp Rock fans polled, one of their favourite characters in the movie is our very own Aaryn Doyle/Lola Scott with her featured song “What It Takes”. Their reasons according to many young fans and parents questioned: they like what Lola’s character stands for, they love her voice, and she is a beautiful girl. Some fans especially liked that Aaryn/Lola is so elegantly tall. As for the message in her song, fans say, it is something that is relatable for a lot of young girls, and it hits a positive note. So it was unanimous with Lola fans that she does have “what it takes” to win their hearts and their fan support. Still it was the Jonas Brothers that had the young ladies screaming, in hopes of receiving flirtatious glances from the rock star brothers: as these young heartthrobs embody qualities that girls and young women around the world admire and dream about. So when Aaryn was asked by the media: what it was like being a part of the Camp Rock cast, and working with the Jonas Brothers, her immediate response was, “It was a great experience. The entire cast is so talented and the Jonas brothers were so much fun to work with and they’re really nice. It was awesome.” So, who did Aaryn/Lola, bring to the Red Carpet? According to our source in Manhattan, her proud parents and her lovely New York agent accompanied her on the Carpet. It was no surprise that our fashionista Aaryn looked stunning for the Camp Rock Premier. She wore a fabulous black, white and purple floral hooded Diesel dress accented with a sheik vintage leather Diesel waist belt, and the cutest pair of black Sam Edelman flats detailed with chunky gold chains. Let's not overlook her tasty jewellery ("to die for"), sporting an awesome oversized black and silver fashion ring enhanced by fabulous sterling silver arm bangles on the left; complimented on the right by an oversized gold onyx dinner ring ideally teamed with the perfect onyx wrap beaded bracelet; not to mention the totally sheik silver, onyx and crystal drop earrings that casually adorned her lobes. Then last but not least, was the 10” patent leather retro club clutch, that rounded out the ensemble. Aaryn looked stunning indeed, in her rock and roll sheik ensemble. The look was fresh, and and fashion forward. Post premier saw Aaryn very busy at the after party, signing autographs and taking pictures with hundreds of fans. But the night would have to end before midnight for our Canadian Cinderella, as she heads back home for yet another media engagement, and back to her regular life as a high-school student preparing for exams, while trying to balance both her worlds. The entertainment rumour mill has it that our Miss Aaryn Doyle will be on Red Carpets around town, not to mention her own Camp Rock Movie Premier Red Carpet in New York on June 11th. We clearly hear the buzz a coming… Just one look at this teen actress and you can definitely see that there is something special about this young lady that will light up the hearts of fans. But hey, beauty and talent doesn’t hurt, and she has those attributes in abundance. So what is next for Miss Doyle at 15, with her modelly 5’10” tall physique? Is it time that she dusts off her model's walk and step back down the catwalk to show the world that she is a true triple threat? There are rumblings that an international modeling agency is wooing her. Now, who could it be? Well even if our insider did reveal this juicy tid-bit, we will leave it up to Aaryn and her people to reveal the big news at their leisure. But you heard the rumblings here first. High profile gigs are the norm for Aaryn Doyle & her band. So it was no surprise that they were headlining at the Rice private function at Stop 33, located above the city on the thirty-third floor of the Sutton Place Hotel in Toronto, on Sunday, May 25, 2008. The party grooved into the night as 15-year-old Aaryn Doyle and her 12 piece band rocked the entertainment for the Rice event with high energy & in style. The private event was co-hosted by renowned palaeontologist Dr. Rice, and the lovely Mrs. Rice, for the nuptial of their daughter Leah and her groom Adam.
Even though Stop 33 is well known as the room with a view, on this night, the view was to be appreciated from the inside first with Aaryn Doyle on the bill. Our talented young singer stunned the crowd with her beauty and amazed them with her vocal calisthenics. Yes! It was unanimous… The guests were in awe of Aaryn’s vocal talent and her maturity as a seasoned performer at such a tender age. No one could believe that she was only a teen, standing at a graceful willowy 6 feet tall in heels while commanding the stage with the elegance and poise of a veteran Diva. The compliments flowed as freely as the speeches that night, as guests took turns vocalizing their appreciation for her talents, while expressing how fantastic Ms Doyle was, and of course let's not forget her fabulous accompaniment. Some guests wanted to find out as much as they could, about Ms Doyle, while others enquired about her, with hopes of attaining an autograph after hearing that she was none other than Camp Rock's, Lola.
High-end exclusive private events are among the many types of concert events/venues that Ms Doyle and her band perform at. One such memorable event was the top secret McKenna Birthday Bash at the TDE. It was an evening to remember as Aaryn and TBS played the Toronto Design Exchange for a very exclusive and high profile audience of immediate fans. This society event was for former Canadian Premier Frank McKenna’s 60th Birthday Party, and once again… The accolades were overflowing for the lovely Miss Aaryn Doyle. Wow!
A 15 year old with so much talent, combined with the confidence and poise, to front a big band/orchestra of experienced professional musicians. That just isn’t the norm… It is the exception. But it is wonderful to see this exceptional young talent at work, performing live, up close and personal for delegates, heads of states, financiers, journalist, philanthropists, millionaires, entrepreneurs, business executives, etc., and in the midst of it all Aaryn Doyle continues doing what she does best with assured confidence, while making it look effortless... Even though on this particular night there were almost as many secret service agents, security people, event planners, and banquet staff, in attendance as there were socialite jet-setting guests. Did I mention, even former US President Bill Clinton was to attend in person, but it was not in the cards, as he had to appear at an election campaign event for his wife Hillary in her bid for the White House: so he did his visit via satellite. However former Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Paul Martin and other heads of state were in attendance, while Ms Doyle performed with star quality and shined, because she has "what it takes". The media grapevine is buzzing and our insiders say that our Miss Aaryn/Lola will be the focus of an Entertainment Tonight Canada, Floral Fashion/Trend segment airing on June 4th, 2008. Aaryn will be featured with a noted fashion stylist wearing the latest in floral fashion trends by renowned designers, and it will be shot in mid-town Toronto at Holt Renfrew in one of their many exclusive boutiques. Aaryn will be interviewed and dressed by a NY stylist to the stars, and the segment will be aired during Garden week on June 4th... Just in time for the sunny warm weather, accented by manicured floral gardens in full bloom. What a fabulous fit since our beautiful Aaryn is a fashionista, who loves pretty flowers & exotic lush gardens. Who is Aaryn Doyle?
Actress, Singer, Model & Teen.

Aaryn Doyle started acting and modeling at the age of six. When asked why she started in the business,she beams, "My mom modelled and I just knew it was something I would do."
When asked how long have you been singing?
"I can't remember not singing... I've been singing for as long as I can remember. Wow that's weird... But I love to sing."
What do you like most about being a performer? "I like making people smile or giving them an escape from reality even if it's just for a moment in time."
How has being a young performer impacted your life?
"It has been positive and good, but it's also been hard because I've had to miss out on doing normal things with friends, 'cause I'm working, or I miss out on things that happen in class because I have a series I'm recording, or I'm filming and the two commitments conflict. My mom helps to schedule me and I try to get it all done; but I swear there are not enough hours in a day. The scheduling load sometimes just isn't easy, especially since I attend regular school, unlike a lot of kids in the business."
Do the kids at school get what you do?
"I don't think so? I mean some of them get it but most others don't... Some think that because I don't have the time to socialize like other kids because of my acting commitments etc., that I am being a snob, but that's not it at all. At my school I feel like the odd man out because I am the only person who does what I do. And most of the kids and the teachers don't get it. Then there are the days absent... The absences are the worst for the teachers to understand and I just get penalized for it. But it's not like I'm skipping class. Skipping is not in my mom's vocabulary...
I tried that once, it doesn't work. In my high school I stick out. I am 5'10" tall, medium to slim build, bi-racial with curly hair and I am a working actor, model & singer and that leaves me in a minority of 'ONE' with a lot of people who would rather be jealous and petty than get to know me (which is kind of cruel and unfair but hey I've decided it must come with the territory). The truth is, I am harmless & so very normal; and what I do is not so different than most other kids extracurricular activity wise, except mine is in the entertainment industry. And seriously, most of the time what goes on behind the scenes on set is not that glamorous any way."
What are your friends like and how do they deal with your schedule?
"Well my friends are pretty understanding now. I've lost friends over the years because they just didn't get it and a lot of my other friend are in the industry
and are not really close by... Inconvenient! But my bestfriends are chill. They get me they know who they are and I love them for being them and allowing me to be me and not letting the performing thing be an issue."
Aaryn, how young were you when you knew you wanted to be an entertainer?
(Aaryn shyly smiles)... "My mom says I told her one day while I was two and watching one of my Disney VHS' in my playroom. I turned to her and I said mommy I'm going to be on TV and she said... That's nice dear. The following year I started kindergarten and two years later I won through to the final rounds of Model Search America at age five, but my mom said I had to wait till I was six and that I had to be sure this was what I wanted to do. After my birthday we went to Rochester, I got a Canadian Agent, and the rest is history as they would say and now here I am."
What is it like being a tall actress?
"Wow! That's a good question... I do a lot of roles where I play someone older than I am, and it has always been that way. Height can be a disadvantage as most actors are not tall, but I really think that the directors and producers can look beyond height to find the talent they need if the right actor comes along. I must say though that there are times that I do feel like an amazon."
You mentioned that you model, how much modeling do you do?
"When I was younger... I did a lot more, until the acting took over and it wasn't feasible to run back and forth from Toronto since we live out of town for modeling jobs. But now that I am older I want to go back and do more. Recently I did the Becel National Magazine Print AD Campaign with my mom and that was a blast. However I do love food and I am a size three and I believe that if I was to model, I would have to become a size one... So I'm waiting till my teen body finishes settling in before I venture back into the modeling field full time. So maybe when I'm sixteen."
How much singing do you do?
"Singing is something I do a lot of... Well maybe too much? I have a regular gig where I sing with a Toronto band TBS and have been doing so since I was ten years old. My dad was in the band first, as the lead male vocalist, and they'd get me up on stage to sing and I'd go because I was fearless and the crowd would really really like me. At age thirteen they invited me to be the female lead vocalist of the band. Then one day I was seen by the Downchild Blues band and Chuck Jackson the lead singer and the band; they were so impressed with me he invited me to jam with them at an open mike and to jam at the South Side Shuffle so I went and it was a blast. That was the first time I was offered a recording contract... But the time was not right so my parents an I declined the offer. On most weekends I can be seen at some major venue or at a convention doing my vocal calisthenics with TBS, because that's my regular singing gig and it's all good, 'cause I love to sing and entertain. "
So Aaryn are there enough minutes and hours in a day for you and is your life stressfull or calm?
"No and Yes & NO... As a teen my life is filled with all of the stresses of making it through my teen years. And sometimes they are the doledrums. But hey on a lighter note please check out Camp Rock on the Disney & Family chanel, and don't forget the soundtrack release on June 17th giving a special listen to "WHAT IT TAKES" by Lola AKA Me. Aaryn Doyle Band-Aid Brand Jingle singer... With a twist

Hello Canada...
Rumour has it that Aaryn Doyle will be one
of the Band-Aid jingle singers to grace your TV.
As Band-Aid Brand Canada puts a new spin on
an old jingle. They will be asking the common
folk to lend their voice in a mass audience
participation campaign, to put their own
signature vocal style to the Band-Aid jingle also...
And there is a prize in store for the winner.
So you better start warming up that velvety voice.
Band-Aid wants to know if you have what it takes?
Rumour also has it that Miss Doyle is quietly
working on an Indie album of original songs.
Can't wait to hear what she has in store for us.

Aaryn Doyle Disney's Lola of Camp Rock has What It Takes

Performing comes naturally to this lovely young lady. Her presence on stage is that of a seasoned veteran far beyond her years. At only 15 years of age she is capable of fronting a 12 piece orchestra with elan & grace... So is it really any coincidence that her name is Aaryn 'Élan' Doyle.

Standing at a modelly 5'10" tall, this leggy teenager is poised, and endearing. Her infectious smile, dimpled cheeks and trademark large brown eyes are simply irresistible; as she is so warm down to earth and approachable to her fans.
Ask her what she has done and she'll tell you not much...
But most recently I worked on this great Disney Original Movie musical called Camp Rock, during the summer of 2007, with the Jonas Brothers & Demi Lovato which will be coming out on June 20th, 2008. I play the role of veteran Camp Rock camper Lola Scott, and it was a lot of fun. I'm featured in the movie doing a song called "What It Takes" at one of the Jams. I hope the movie is a great success for Disney. It sounds as if it is going to be as big as HSM and I'm glad. It was a blast being Lola, I really loved the Character. In many ways she is a lot like me... At least that's what I think. The cast is really talented, and they are all great kids.

If you ask me, I think that Aaryn Doyle has "what it takes"... Charm, personality, charisma and talent. So I will be following her career with updated posts in days and weeks to come, uploading more pics & clips of this young Canadian talent that are of interest, so you can get acquainted with Aaryn/Lola of "Camp Rock".
